Après trois mois de commercialisation, "S'il suffisait d'aimer" a déjà conquis plus de 2,3 millions d'acheteurs, dont 1 million en France, 480.000 au Canada, 120.000 en Allemagne, 100.000 en Grande-Bretagne et aux Etats-Unis, 41.000 au Japon, etc. Logiquement, cet attrait s'est immédiatement traduit dans les palmarès de vente. "S'il suffisait d'aimer" est monté sur la plus haute marche du podium en France, au Canada, en Belgique, en Suisse, en Grèce et en Pologne (selon la chaîne de magasins Music Corner), et s'est placé 3ème en Autriche, 7ème aux Pays-Bas et à Taiwan, 11ème en Allemagne, 12ème en Finlande, 15ème au Portugal et en Hongrie, 17ème au Royaume-Uni et en République Tchèque, 23ème en Corée du Sud, 26ème en Suède, 28ème en Slovaquie, 30ème au Danemark... Quant au single, "Zora sourit", sans faire des ravages, il s'est tout de même classé 20ème en France, 25ème en Suisse, 48ème dans les Flandres, 67ème aux Pays-Bas, et dans les classements radio en Macédoine (5ème), en Bulgarie (9ème) ou encore en République Tchèque (18ème).
